The first Fitness Expat Day at Fitness Avenue! 

Group Lessons

On friday november 11th the Fitness Avenue Team will welcome you to our gym. We will offer a number of group lessons:
– Gladiator workouts
– Dance yourself fit
– Piloxing
– Playground workouts
– Les Mills group lessons (Body Balance/Attack/Pump/Combat/ Gritt /RPM)
– Ab work outs
– Virtual Spinning

Personal Trainer intakes + measurement on a scale to determine your goals

Ask yourself these questions about your goals :  are they realistic? , what’s a good time frame? How often do I need to train? How many reps and sets?

A Nutritionist will be available in the lounge so you can sit down and have a chat with her

Off course enough food training and resting is the Holy Trinity when it comes to achieving your goals! Do you eat healthy? Do you eat enough? We all say we do…but is that true? Get the Facts!

No need to register for specific classes. If a class starts at 18:00 than just be ready at 17:45 in your gym clothes. This is our schedule:

18:00-18:30 Break Dance Workout (Dancing + Bodyweight training)
18:45 -19:15 Pyloxing (Boxing + Pilates )
19:30-20:00 Zumba (Dancing Aerobics Latin music)
20:15- 21:15 BodyBalance (Tai Chi+ Yoga + Pilates Combi)
