Body Shape

Body Shape is the lesson that has everything. In just one hour you train on motivating music your whole body. The combination of cardio and weight training you burn a lot of calories, and work simultaneously to the tightening of your body! Body Shape is therefore the perfect lesson for those who want to lose weight, want to work out and want to build strength.

During a Body Shape class you will work in a pleasurable way to components such as strength, balance, vitality and fitness. Because you are using a variety of materials, you always train in a diverse way, which is no workout the same. Each class is divided into a plurality of blocks. You warm up muscles and prevent injuries, you should always start with a warm-up.

After warming up, it is time to start sweating! Through a number of high impact aerobic exercises will activate fat burning and stamina will be put to the test. Here are some toning exercises with the focus on the major muscle groups. To lower your heart rate and make your muscles again at length, each lesson will end with a cool-down. To get the most out of your training you will be supervised during each lesson by a certified group class instructor.
