RPM

RPM is effective spinning program. RPM is for everyone who want to lose weight, want to put a better cycling performance and to get a better condition. Once you've started, you're unstoppable! In this spinning class you can determine the resistance of your bike. It will not matter whether you are old, young, beginning exerciser or are advanced. RPM You always do your own level! All in all, it's the calorie killer among the group and a real must for anyone who are / want to improve their fitness and endurance. Average calorie consumption: 620 kcal per lesson.

During this lesson you will be challenged by an instructor to go to extremes. By constantly changing your position on the spinning bike, you train your buttock, leg and back muscles throughout the lesson.

An RPM class has a fixed structure. Obviously, you start the lesson with a warm-up. Then you will make high-intensity pace after conquering hilly terrain. Once you're out of the hills you get away with mixed terrain, you hereby alternating cycling with much resistance with the bike at a high rate with low resistance. The highlight of the lesson is the climb that you must overcome in order then to be able to sprint to the finish! To prevent injuries and muscle pain bike after you finish get out and spend your muscles again on length through stretches.
