We challenge YOU!

What we ask of you; is that in one set, you do as many reps as possible. The fitness coach counts the number of reps in the set, each rep is one point. The total number of points of all exercises are then added and noted. A sign in the "Play" zone will show you the top 3 men and women. Want to improve your score? Then you can try that week every day to create a better score. The winner of the challenge wins

The parts of the challenge are:

  • Abs, vertical leg raises
  • Legs; squats on the bosu support
  • Chest; push-ups (women from the knees)
  • Back; pull-ups (women get additional support)
